General Replacement / Exchange Policy
We at Signature Home Décor believe that your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a replacement/exchange policy, applicable solely to products that exhibit damage or defects upon delivery. We kindly ask our esteemed customers to record an unboxing video upon receiving your parcel. This step helps to verify the product’s condition and will streamline the replacement process should there be any damage. Should you opt for an exchange and select a product of a higher value, you would be responsible for covering the price difference. Here are the particulars of our policy. Here are the details:
- Eligible Categories: We accept exchanges only for specific categories, including cutlery, cushion covers, napkins, bath, face & hand towels, bathmats, and placemats. Items purchased during promotions or at discounted prices are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
